DESIGN PROCESS
STEP 1: Upon receipt of your order, we will personalize your design and email a PDF proof to you within 1-2 business days. Please add customerservice[at]customjewelrytags.com to your address book to ensure delivery of our email. If you upgraded to Custom Design, please email us at customerservice[at]customjewelrytags.com with your logo, images, or design ideas after you place your order. We will make at least 4 attempts to contact you by email and/or phone. If we are unable to contact you within 2 weeks or your order date, we reserve the right to cancel your order without a refund.
STEP 2: Upon receipt of our PDF proof, you will email us with your approval to print or requested changes within 1-2 business days. Up to 1 round of requested changes is included. You agree to thoroughly review the PDF proof as your approval to print indicates you assume all responsibility for your printed product(s). For additional information, please review our RETURN POLICY below.
STEP 3: Upon receipt of your approval to print, we will print your product(s). Product(s) typically ship within 3-5 business days of receipt of approval to print.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CustomJewelryTags.com, its owners, contractors, employees, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs including reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the website using your Internet account.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CustomJewelryTags.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the inability to use, the materials on this website, or the performance of the products even if CustomJewelryTags.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
MINOR VARIATIONS
Your printed products may not look exactly like they do online. Due to monitor color settings and the printing process, it is normal for there to be some minor variations. Please expect some minor color variations between your Earring Cards/Jewelry Tags and your Business Cards. If very close color matching is important to you, please contact us prior to placing your order. In addition, hole size and hole spacing on Earring Cards and Jewelry Tags is 1/8 inch.
PRIVACY POLICY
CustomJewelryTags.com takes its customers’ privacy very seriously. CustomJewelryTags.com does not sell or rent any information collected on its website. Sometimes we use customer products in our sample packs. If you do not want your product in our sample packs, please let us know when you place your order.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the personalized nature of our products, CustomJewelryTags.com does not accept returns. For this reason, it is extremely important that you thoroughly review our PDF proof prior to providing us with your approval to print.

SHIPPING
We ship via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation and USPS Parcel Post. We offer USPS Express Mail for faster delivery in our Upgrade Options category.
TERMINATION
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the website and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by CustomJewelryTags.com without notice at any time for any reason. All provisions shall survive any termination.
